Blackboard Submission Form

A Submission request form for all Online, Web-enhanced and Hybrid courses  must be submitted to the Blackboard Administrator each semester in order to get your course posted in Blackboard.

Faculty agreeing to develop a new course (self developed, course cartridge, VLC) for online delivery will need to sign a contract outlining the terms of the course development, which will address course ownership and intellectual property rights. Since the online course will be developed through reassigned time or compensation, the college will retain ownership rights. Faculty developing courses for online delivery will adhere to all copyright guidelines. All courses must be pre-approved by your Division Chair.
