Mission
To help businesses, industries and others reach their full potential by providing them accessible and affordable training and information, through resources available to the Small Business Center.
 
Goals
To assist small business start-ups and existing small businesses become more effective and create jobs through counseling, instruction and networking; to assist businesses and industries by providing training and information; and to increase business and industry awareness of the services available at our Center.

Services Available
One-on-one business counseling, which provides an evaluation to determine immediate needs.
  • Custom designed programs to assist with preparation of paperwork necessary to obtain financing for a qualified new business or expansion of an existing business.
  • Assistance for owners of existing businesses seeking information and direction. To make an online request for counseling click here.

The Small Business Center also maintains a Resource Center that contains periodicals, handouts, books and videos that are available on loan. These materials may be helpful in preparation for opening a small business and/or assisting an existing business.
 
Specialized Training:
Specialized training is offered to fit the needs of individual organizations. 
These customized classes have various minimum enrollment and tuition requirements. They can be held at BCCC or at the Business or Industry location. (textbook cost extra-if applicable).
