Our first Culinary class in 2018 will be a Farm to Table New Year’s Celebration - Beaufort County style. William Cherry is growing the collards for this meal, and he will cure the backbone from Acre Station Meat Farm. We have greens for cash and rice and beans for luck. Come and help William prepare this feast and help us kick off a great new year in the Frances Roberson Culinary Lab.
