Low Country Boil
Cook and savor a summertime feast all in one pot. Then eat this delicious meal with your hands at a paper-covered table. A traditional Low Country Boil is the most elegantly casual meal a Carolinian can enjoy! We will combine shrimp, kielbasa sausage, corn, potatoes, onions and spices as we make this stew, and the timing is everything. Chef Stephen Tubaugh will also include some variations to the traditional Low Country Boil. And we’ll have sauces for the shrimp, bread, and dessert.
