Our town is so fortunate to have Rachel K’s Bakery. They make those wonderful pastries and breads at Rachel Midgette’s bakery in Downtown Washington. In this class Rachel will share her secrets for making homemade yeast bread. We’ll cook loaf bread from a “sweet dough” and make whole wheat bread too. Rachel will include bread making history and science. You’ll enjoy the whole process from proofing to rising to baking to eating. Did I mention the Cinnamon Rolls? Oh yeah. We’ll have plenty of butter and jam for the finished product!
