Enhanced Catering Essentials
Students will learn the essential knowledge and skills needed to operate a successful catering business. Each week will focus on a different style of catered
event. Course modules will include client contact, menu development, purchasing, prepping, presentation, and profit and loss. Kitchen skills are a prerequisite.
This is not a beginner cooking class.
