How do I...

• Checkout equipment
  Distance learning students, as well as all students enrolled at BCCC, have access to audiovisual equipment. All resources from the AV Department are offered for use on campus. Campus policy does not allow checkout of items like laptops, data projectors and TV's for off campus use. However, distance Learning students off-campus do have access to some AV equipment with some restrictions. They can checkout items like slide projectors, overhead transparency projectors, cassette players and various AV equipment items for off campus use.

• Please contact the AV staff a few days before your resources are needed. Always tell the staff why you need the equipment so we can determine your equipment needs for what type of media/format you are using.

• Also, please tell us the date, time, and where you will be using the equipment on campus including what building and classroom number.

• Most classrooms on campus will already have the AV equipment available for use. However,  some classrooms may not have every item you may need. Therefore, please contact the AV Department at least one day prior to your presentation regarding your equipment needs.
