WCU Connect

Western Carolina University guarantees admission to students who complete a qualifying 2-year degree at BCCC. Eligible students must be enrolled at BCCC in a degree-seeking pathway (such as Associate in Arts or Associate in Science), earn an associate degree, and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 (with at least a 2.2 GPA in their most recent term).

• Be currently enrolled at a participating institution in a degree-seeking capacity
• Complete and submit the WCU application for admission and records
• Pay the application fee or request a waiver
• Be in good academic standing and demonstrate good conduct
• Earn an associate degree
• Enroll at WCU within one academic year of degree completion
