Check by Mail

Refund checks will be mailed to students at the address listed in Self-Service.

Direct Deposit

Refunds will be directly deposited into student’s bank account.

   16 & 14 Week Courses – Refunds mailed: 03-07-25

    Late Start Courses – Refunds mailed: 03-28-25

    Summer 2025

    8 & 5 Week Courses – Refunds mailed: 06-12-25

    Late Start Courses – Refunds mailed: 07-10-25

    Fall 2025

    16 & 14 Week Courses – Refunds mailed: 10-10-25

    Late Start Courses – Refunds mailed: 11-14-25
