The Dietary Manager Certification Course prepares students for leadership roles in foodservice and nutrition management within healthcare and residential care settings. This course is designed to meet the educational requirements established by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals and prepares eligible students to pursue the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM®, CFPP®) credential. Delivered in a hybrid format, the program utilizes CANVAS for online learning.
