If you’ll be moving toward a Google world - Gmail, heavy Chrome OS and/or Android use, then Drive is one, if not the strongest contenders for your cloud storage. Google Drive allows teams and company employees using the same email domain to easily share documents and collaborate. This 3 week course will cover setting up your organization’s Gmail account; accessing cloud storage using Google Drive; saving •files, email attachments, photos, etc. to Google Drive; scanning paper documents with Google Drive that instantly store as PDFs; organizing your Google Drive; sharing Items in Google Drive; collaborating with employees/teams using Google Drive; setting up and enforcing privacy features when sharing items; an overview of GSuite, the ultimate Google Cloud storage option.
