The EKG/Cardiac Monitor Technician course trains students to perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and monitor heart rhythms to assist in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions. Coursework includes cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, Holter monitoring, and stress testing procedures. Graduates are prepared for roles in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings, with eligibility to sit for national certification exams.
