Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is an online free weight management program that uses strategies proven to work for weight loss and maintenance. Each lesson informs, empowers and motivates participants to live mindfully as they make choices about eating and physical activity.

Workout Wednesdays – 1st & 3rd Wednesdays @ 4:30pm

Come out on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays to get your exercise on. These sessions are for BCCC employees and will be self-lead by your peers. Employees can sign up to “host” a Wednesday in which they’d select the exercise type, video, etc. and lead the event. You may sign-up here to host a Wednesday.

Get Movin’ Club

BCCC's Get Movin' Club is a club dedicated to exercise and fitness. Students, Faculty, and Staff come together to walk or jog the trail on campus every Tuesday at 1pm. The Club also schedules time for yoga, hikes, and more! All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to attend.

BCCC Disc Golf Course

Go it alone or grab a few friends or coworkers and hit the BCCC Disc Golf Course. The library has several discs available on a first come, first serve basis. You can borrow them for free, you just need your library card (which is also free if you don’t already have one)!

Walking Trail

BCCC is quite fortunate to have a beautiful campus with lots of natural spaces including a walking trail with exercise stations located throughout the trail. The trail is open daily from dawn til dusk. Use is at your own risk.

Exercise Room

The exercise room is located in Building 8 Use is permitted only when BCCC is open and instructional class is not being held there. If you are interested in utilizing the exercise equipment, please complete the required Waiver and Agreement and return it to Human Resources.HR will provide you with a key card for access.
